The girls cross country team dominated the first OK Red Conference meet of the season scoring 25 points. Rockford was 2nd with 66 pts, Grand Haven 3rd 70 pts, Hudsonville 98 pts, Grandville 134 pts, and East Kentwood 144 pts. Helen Sachs was the overall winner with a time of 17:55, Ava Porras was 4th, Collette Wierks 5th, Emma Gunnett 6th and Jane Olney 9th to round out the team scoring. Next up girls XC travels to Carmel, Indiana for the FlashRock Invite on Sept 21st.
