Girls XC Wins Back-to-Back Conference Titles

Girls Cross Country Stays Undefeated

The girls cross country team moved to 5-0 in the OK Red and stayed undefeated on the season today with a 17-41 victory over Caledonia.  Running on a new course, the Panthers ran a lot of season and lifetimes best times at Caledonia.  Arianne Olson (So.) led the way winning in the race in 18:44. 

Girls Cross Country Wins Dual vs Grandville

The Girl’s Cross Country team won in dominant fashion against Grandville, taking 7 of the top 9 places and many of the athletes running season and personal bests.  Arianne Olson (So.) won the race in 18:36.  Sophie and Abby Bonnema (Jr.) were 3rd and 4th in 20:16 and 20:17, respectively.  Kaia Denhof (Jr.) finished 5th

Girls Cross Country Wins Cougar Falcon Invite

The Girls Cross Country team won the Cougar Falcon Invite at the Eagles Nest (Gainey Athletic Complex at Calvin University) today with 45 points.  Arianne Olson (So.) led the way winning the race in 18:14.  Sophie Bonnema (Jr.) and Abby Bonnema (Jr.) were 3rd and 4th in lifetime best times of 19:42 and 19:43, respectively. 

Girls Cross Country Runs Over #5 Rockford

In a highly anticipated showdown between WO and #5 ranked Rockford, the Girls XC team flexed their muscle to defeat the Rams handily 19 to 36.  The Panthers ran a team race up front, sweeping the first four places (1.
