Official practices begin soon! On March 12, JV and Varsity Boys Lacrosse practice will begin for the Spring 2012 season. We coaches are very much looking forward to being able to work with our athletes once again in large groups. Practice Schedule, for Week One: Weather permitting, we will be outside on our practice field

Off-Season Workouts

Athletes, Parents, Please keep in mind that Fall/Winter Conditioning workouts are still available for improving strength and athleticism in our off-season. Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 3-4:30 pm at the North HS, lacrosse athletes who are not currently involved in fall sports are expected to continue the hard work began this summer during workouts.
