Girls Cross Country Battles Grand Haven

The girls cross country team raced against Grand Haven on Wednesday.  The team was led by Megan Nowicki, who finished 9th.  Other top finishers were Melanie Homik 15th, Maegan Wallaker 16th, Kasey Miles 18th, Amber Kobylski 24th, Karina Cooke 25th and Alyson Zeerip 26th.  The team heads next to Grand Rapids on Saturday for the Cougar/Falcon

Off-Season Workouts

Athletes, Parents, Please keep in mind that Fall/Winter Conditioning workouts are still available for improving strength and athleticism in our off-season. Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 3-4:30 pm at the North HS, lacrosse athletes who are not currently involved in fall sports are expected to continue the hard work began this summer during workouts.


Fall and Winter Conditioning will take place every Monday/Wednesday/Thursday from 3:00 – 4:15 pm in the North H.S. Weight Room.  If you are a winter or spring sport athlete that is not currently participating in a fall sport, you are HIGHLY encouraged to be attending these workouts.  Go WO!
