West Ottawa takes down Rockford 30-5

Athletic Physicals

Athletic physicals will take place on May 22nd from 5:00-9:00 @ the North High School. Middle school physicals are free. High school physical are $15. Students planning to participate in middle school or high school athletics next year need to have a physical dated April 15, 2012 or later.

Panthers D-II rugby team starts league play with victory

Panthers B-side playing in Division 2 came away with a 19-7 victory tonight at Kenowa Hills.   Although they got off to a slow start in their first league match going down 7-0 in the first half, the young team took the field focused in the second half.  Great support and hard running by John Ouellette
