Boys Tennis Team Finishes 7th In State

Congratulations to our Boys Tennis team of finishing seventh at the Division 1 boys tennis state tournament. This was the 16th consecutive trip to the state finals for West Ottawa. West Ottawa scored nine points in the tournament. WO finishes the year with their 10th straight OK Red Conference championship. WO also claimed the Regional championship. Great job

Trevor VanTubbergen Player of the Week

Congratulations to Trevor VanTubbergen on being selected as WZZM’s Player of the Week for week seven. Trevor passed for 310 yards and five touchdowns against Grand Haven. The five touchdown passes set a West Ottawa record. GO WO

Boys Tennis Wins MHSAA Regional Title

Congratulations to our Boys Tennis team on winning the MHSAA Regional championship on Thursday. West Ottawa earned 22 points to finish ahead of Rockford who earned 18 points. The boys qualify for the finals next weekend. Coach Peter Schwallier was named Regioal Coach of the Year. Great job WO.
