Off-Season Workouts

Athletes, Parents, Please keep in mind that Fall/Winter Conditioning workouts are still available for improving strength and athleticism in our off-season. Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 3-4:30 pm at the North HS, lacrosse athletes who are not currently involved in fall sports are expected to continue the hard work began this summer during workouts.

FALL WINTER CONDITIONING

Fall and Winter Conditioning will take place every Monday/Wednesday/Thursday from 3:00 – 4:15 pm in the North H.S. Weight Room.  If you are a winter or spring sport athlete that is not currently participating in a fall sport, you are HIGHLY encouraged to be attending these workouts.  Go WO!

Girls XC takes third at Sparta Invitational

The girls cross country team finished 3rd overall on Saturday, September 17th at the Sparta Invitational.  Megan Nowicki led the team with a 6th place finish while Maegan Wallaker ended up in 23rd, Melanie Homik 24th, Kasey Miles 26th, Alyson Zeerip 27th, Amber Kobylski 38th and Hailey Lundy 42nd.  Overall, 28 girls finished the race with
