Game Recap

About 15 minutes in, Ray Masko led Raekwon Cunningham with a beautiful pass. Cunningham directed a shot toward the corner of the net, but the Grand Haven keeper got a glove on it, knocking it over the endline. Ivan Chacon curled the corner into the box where it was knocked behind the goalie. Drew Pedersen slid in to put the ball in the back of the net.

Though Grand Haven evened the score only ten minutes later, Pedersen, keeper Sam Beetham, and the rest of the defense were able to keep the Buccaneers off the board for the remainder.

Both teams had opportunities. With one second remaining in the first half, Grand Haven redirected a corner off the crossbar. And with less than a minute remaining, Pedersen connected with a bouncing ball from outside the box, sending it just over the goal.

The draw brings the Panthers OK Red record to 1-0-2.
