Meet Recap

West Ottawa completed its two day MHSAA Division 1 State Finals Tournament with a total of 679 to finished 17th in the state in all of division 1 high school golf teams. Detroit Catholic Central won the event by shooting 581, Grosse Pointe South was 2nd at 597, while Plymouth was 3rd at 610. Leading the Panthers on day 2 was Sr. Jace Garza [84], Soph. Collin Robbins [86], Soph. Drew Dykens [89], and Sr. Hunter Myrick [90]. Through the 2 day event the Panthers were paced by both Seniors, Garza and Myrick, as they shot 169. Dykens helped out with a 171, Robbins was at 174, and Wehrmeyer was at 177.
