Game Recap

The Panthers came out flying and jumped out to an early lead scoring 3 goals in the first period. After a solid 2nd, they took a 5-1 lead into the 3rd period. A couple late power play goals by Lowell/Caledonia cut into the lead but West Ottawa played strong defensively in the final 5 minutes to earn the 5-3 win.

Jarod Klavon moves into 6th overall in the state of Michigan by earning his 14th win of the season and making 24 saves on 27 shots.

Mike Walsh led the panthers with 3 points.
Zeb Miller, Will Houskamp and Ben Burns each added 2 points.
Jasmit Sidhu, Tommy Buis, and Evan Roach all added 1 point.

With tonights win, the panthers improve to 14-6-1 overall on the season and climb into a tie for 3rd place in the OK Conference tier 2.

Back in action this Friday night at East Grand Rapids.
